Job Search Support Group Will Hold Meeting In Rockland

NANUET, N.Y. - A New Jersey-based organization that aims to help adult job seekers in today's market will hold a meeting in Nanuet on Tuesday night.

Neighbors Helping Neighbors, a peer-led volunteer weekly job search and networking group will hold a meeting at the Avalon Club in Nanuet on June 7 at 7 p.m. The group is open to everyone, from adults in career transition to veterans re-entering the job market to struggling small business owners. 

The group was founded in 2011 in the public library in River Edge, N.J. by John Fugazzie. Since it's founding, Neighbors Helping Neighbors has assisted over 550 people in finding a new job, according to the press release. 

The meeting will be held at the Avalon Nanuet Clubhouse, located at 100 Overlook Blvd. Registration is required.
